4. AI-Powered Tools and Data Processing

We use artificial intelligence technology to power several of our tools and services, including Brill (our AI business assistant), the Business Brilliance Assessment (BBA), and the Business Brilliance Blueprint (BBBP). This section explains how your data is processed when you use these tools.

4.1 Claude by Anthropic

Our AI tools are powered by Claude, a large language model developed by Anthropic, PBC. When you interact with Brill, submit responses to the Business Brilliance Assessment, or enter a sentence into the Business Brilliance Blueprint tool, that input is transmitted to Anthropic’s API to generate your personalized output. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be reviewed at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.

4.2 What Data Is Transmitted to Anthropic

The following types of data may be transmitted to Anthropic’s API when you use our AI-powered tools:

  • Your assessment answers submitted through the Business Brilliance Assessment

  • The one-sentence business description you submit to the Business Brilliance Blueprint tool

  • Messages and inputs you submit through the Brill assistant

  • Contextual prompts necessary to generate your personalized output

4.3 What We Do Not Do

We do not:

  • Sell your data to third parties

  • Use your inputs to train AI models

  • Share your personal information with Anthropic beyond what is required to generate your requested output

4.4 Business Brilliance Assessment

The Business Brilliance Assessment collects your responses to a series of questions about how you work and make decisions. These responses are used to calculate your Energy Pattern and Action Instinct, generate your personalized archetype report, and segment your profile within our CRM to ensure future communications are relevant to your results. Assessment responses may be transmitted to Anthropic’s API as part of the report generation process.

4.5 Business Brilliance Blueprint

The Business Brilliance Blueprint tool accepts a single sentence describing your business and uses it to generate a customized HTML business plan. The sentence you submit is transmitted to Anthropic’s API to produce this output. We do not retain or store this sentence beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver your plan.

4.6 Brill AI Business Assistant

Brill is a separate AI-powered platform accessible at brill.tevrawood.com. Available to enrolled clients and select users as part of the Business Brilliance program ecosystem. Account creation and authentication is managed through Clerk. Conversation history, module progress, and locked outputs are stored in Supabase to support your program experience and enable continuity across sessions and devices. Brill uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses — inputs are transmitted to Anthropic as described in Section 4.1. Data is retained for the duration of your active access period plus 90 days, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting tevra@tevrawood.com. You may export your data at any time during your active access period. Brill is available to users 18 years of age or older.
