For over a decade, I worked inside a B2B SaaS company in EdTech, designing the systems behind real software, real websites, and real customer relationships. As a former Chief Operating & Experience Officer (COO | CXO), I became the person teams relied on for CRM systems — researching, implementing, migrating, and refining platforms as the business grew.

I’ve worked across dozens of CRMs and supported a CMS used on thousands of websites. That experience taught me where trust quietly breaks down: missed follow-ups, disconnected tools, and systems that depend too much on one person.

By designing for consistency and follow-through, we achieved 106% net revenue retention in a competitive SaaS environment — not through hype, but through systems that kept customers engaged.

Today, I work with consultants, coaches, course creators, and facilitators to replace scattered tools with systems designed around how they work — so trust holds, customers stay engaged, and the business supports their life, not the other way around.

Teaching, Facilitating & Coaching

Teaching is in my blood. I come from a family of educators and have spent my life as a teacher, facilitator, coach, therapeutic guide, and 5th Degree Black Belt Karate Instructor.

I don’t just design systems — I guide people through change. My approach blends process, technology, and humanity to make follow-through easier and growth more sustainable.
