1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," or "us"). By enrolling in the Business Brilliance Accelerator program and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Enrollment is complete upon receipt of payment and execution of this Agreement. Access to program materials and Brill will be granted following completion of both steps.

2. Program Description

The Business Brilliance Accelerator is a group coaching program designed to help women coaches, consultants, and service-based experts build aligned, sustainable online businesses. The program includes:

  • Access to the Brill AI business assistant platform (brill.tevrawood.com), including all modules included in your enrollment tier

  • Group coaching calls held once to twice per week — attendance is optional and calls are recorded

  • Access to the full curriculum, which is self-paced and designed to be completed within 8 weeks

  • Community access for peer support and accountability

  • The Business Brilliance Blueprint, generated through your work inside Brill

The program is designed to be completed within 8 weeks. Clients have 6 months from their enrollment date to complete the program and access all included materials.

3. Momentum Add-On (Optional)

Clients who wish to continue beyond their 6-month access window may add the Momentum continuation at any time prior to or at the end of their initial access period.

  • Momentum is billed at $297 per month for the first 6 months, then $97 per month thereafter

  • Momentum provides continued access to Brill, group calls, and community for as long as the subscription remains active

  • Momentum is a month-to-month subscription and may be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing date

  • Cancelled Momentum subscriptions will not be refunded for the current billing period

4. Investment and Payment

The Business Brilliance Accelerator is offered at the investment level confirmed at the time of your enrollment. Payment options include:

  • Pay in Full: Full program investment due at enrollment

  • Payment Plan: Installment payments as specified at the time of enrollment. All installments are required regardless of program participation or completion.


By enrolling on a payment plan, you authorize Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC to charge your payment method for each installment on the scheduled dates. Failure to complete payment plan installments does not release you from your financial obligation and may result in suspension of access to program materials and Brill.

5. Refund Policy

Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC maintains a limited refund policy as follows:

  • Refund requests submitted within 14 days of enrollment and prior to accessing more than one program module will be honored in full.

  • After 14 days, or following access to more than one module, no refunds will be issued.

  • Clients on payment plans who request a refund within the eligible window will have remaining installments cancelled. Any installments already collected will be refunded within 10 business days.

  • Momentum add-on subscriptions are non-refundable.


To request a refund, contact tevra@tevrawood.com within the eligible window with your full name, enrollment date, and reason for request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Brill AI Platform — Terms of Use

Brill is an AI-powered business assistant developed and operated by Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC. It is powered by Anthropic's Claude. By using Brill as part of your enrollment, you agree to the following:

  • Brill is provided as a business tool to support your program experience. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • Your conversation history and inputs within Brill are stored to support your program experience and generate your Business Brilliance Blueprint.

  • You may export your data from Brill at any time during your active access period.

  • Following the end of your access period, data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting tevra@tevrawood.com.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you input into Brill. Outputs generated by Brill are AI-assisted and should be reviewed and validated by you before implementation.

  • Brill is available to clients 18 years of age or older.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, curriculum, frameworks, tools, and content provided through the Business Brilliance Accelerator and Brill are the intellectual property of Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own business development. You may not share, reproduce, resell, or distribute program materials, Brill outputs, or any portion of the curriculum without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Business Brilliance Accelerator and Brill are provided for educational and business development purposes. Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC makes no guarantees of specific income, business results, or outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation. Testimonials or examples shared do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

THE PROGRAM AND BRILL ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC, its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program or use of Brill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program.

10. Confidentiality

What happens in the group stays in the group. Client names, personal situations, and business details shared in group coaching calls, community spaces, or any shared program environment are confidential. You agree not to share, disclose, or discuss other participants' information outside the program community.

11. Conduct

You agree to engage with the program, community, and coaching calls with respect and professionalism. Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the program, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the program.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Butte County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy published at tevrawood.com, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tevra Wood Consulting, LLC regarding the Business Brilliance Accelerator. It supersedes any prior representations or discussions.
